TLC Professional Inspections, Inc. was incorporated in 2003 and focuses full time on inspecting residential, investment, and commercial buildings in southern Arizona.

We have been State Certified since 2003, ( www.btr.state.az.us )and have done more than 1600 inspections since that time. We are members of the National Association of Home Inspectors, ( www.nahi.org )and affiliate members of the Tucson Association of Realtors. We also volunteer our time for Habitat for Humanity in Tucson.

The President and main inspector for TLC Professional Inspections, Inc was a Registered Nurse in southern Arizona, and is concerned about the safety of our clients, and is able to communicate the status of the client's home in a way that is factual yet calming to the client.

Our Inspections exceed the Arizona State Standards for home inspections, and an inspection takes 2-4 hours to complete.

We offer our clients options that many other inspectors do not. We use technology to be able to print the report at the end of the inspection, or e-mail the file in a .pdf formated file, or post it on our web site for secure viewing.
