Thom Culpepper started TLC Professional Inspections in 2003. Thom has spent many years renovating and improving homes, and renting out and maintaining homes. Thom has been applying his vast knowledge of building construction and home maintenance to help existing home owners and new home buyers understand what condition their home is in, what issues to be aware of, and how to maintain it.
His extremely friendly, relaxed, and helpful personality puts clients at ease and makes them feel confident that they are receiving honest and unbiased expert advice so they can then make good decisions based on his input.
